Open Immigration is a nonprofit legal services organization committed to offering skilled and affordable legal support to immigrants. Our expertise lies in humanitarian cases, specifically involving refugees or asylum seekers and unaccompanied children who seek documentation in the U.S.

We proudly represent individuals from diverse regions around the world including Latin America, west Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Our legal services cover a range of immigration matters, such as:

* Providing deportation defense in Immigration Court.

* Securing the release of detained immigrants through representation before U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

* Assisting with applications for various immigration documents before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), including:

* Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) visas for unaccompanied children.

* Asylum applications and refugee claims.

* Applications for Lawful Permanent Residence.

* Naturalization to U.S. Citizenship.

* U-Visas for crime victims.

* T-Visas for victims of trafficking.

* Filing Habeas Corpus petitions before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, to seek release from ICE detention centers.

* Submitting Petitions for Review before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
